1. Who We Are
Dispatica LLC ("Dispatica," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company providing website design, hosting, customer relationship management (CRM) setup, and related automation services — including missed-call text-back and customer review request messaging — to small businesses.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using dispatica.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Dispatica for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
3. Our Services
Dispatica provides website design, development, and hosting; CRM setup and configuration; missed-call text-back automation; automated customer review request messaging; and related add-on automations (AI voice receptionist, chatbot, local SEO, and similar services), as separately agreed with each client. Specific services, pricing, and scope for any individual client are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal, not by these Terms alone.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Where Dispatica sets up or sends text messages on behalf of a client business (including missed-call text-back or review-request messages): message frequency varies depending on customer interactions with that business; message and data rates may apply, per the recipient's mobile carrier plan; recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, and HELP for assistance; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Dispatica or its clients; and phone numbers are used solely for the purpose disclosed at the point of opt-in and are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Dispatica LLC. This SMS program's details are also described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Website Use
You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems, interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, or scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the diagrams and demonstrations shown — is the property of Dispatica LLC or its licensors, except where content is explicitly identified as belonging to a client or third party. Demonstrations on this Site (including the "Ridgeline Heating & Air" examples) depict a fictional business created for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a real Dispatica client.
7. Client Service Agreements
These Terms govern use of the Site generally. Any business that engages Dispatica for paid services will sign a separate service agreement covering scope of work, pricing, payment terms, data handling upon termination, and related matters. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that client relationship.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While Dispatica designs its services to help businesses respond to more customer inquiries and generate more reviews, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volume, or search engine rankings. Results vary by business, industry, and market conditions.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Dispatica's services are built using third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel and telecommunications carriers for SMS delivery). Dispatica is not responsible for outages, delays, or policy changes originating from these third-party platforms, including carrier-side delays in SMS registration or delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatica LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client to Dispatica in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Dispatica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
